BIO.

I've been working in Customer Success for the last 6 or so years which is fortunate as the space really has really started to grow in that time.

I've seen CS become fundamental as a growth driver for the companies I've worked at and for the customers my teams have supported.

Currently I am working in Seenit's Customer Success team helping organisations collaborate with their employees on video projects and tell more authentic stories.
