The purpose of data processing to send the newsletter is to serve the interests of our customers for offers, informative materials, services and projects offered by Catalyst Solutions. Send the START message to Catalyst Solutions If you agree to process your data such as your phone number, WhatsApp user ID, profile image, device information used, as well as all messages sent to Catalyst Solutions, in order to send you relevant information and to inform you via the newsletter about offers, informative materials, services and projects offered by Catalyst Solutions. WhatsApp Newsletter is sent about twice a month. You have the opportunity to withdraw your consent to receive the Catalyst Solutions WhatsApp Newsletter by sending the “STOP” message to the account of WhatsApp Catalyst Solutions from which you received Newsletter. After that, you will no longer receive a newsletter.
The data collected for subscription to the WhatsApp newsletter are accessible to Catalyst Solutions, responsible for developing and providing technical support for sending the newsletter. By revoking the consent to receive WhatsApp Newsletter, the data related to your WhatsApp profile will be immediately blocked and then deleted within 5 days of unsubscribing.

CANCELLATION OR MODIFICATION OF THE CONFERENCE
In the event that the conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the conference organisers (force majeure) or due to events which are not attributable to wrongful intent or gross negligence of the conference organisers, the conference organisers cannot be held liable by delegates for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodation costs, costs for additional orders, financial losses, etc. Under these circumstances, the conference organisers reserve the right to either retain the entire registration fee.
Modification of the conference
The conference organisers reserve the right to modify the programme. No refunds can be granted in case of cancellation of speakers, lack of space in the conference room or any other incidents during the conference which are beyond the control of the conference organisers.
