Adriana has 17 years of experience in communications, covering areas such as internal communication and engagement with employees, sustainable development, PR, Diversity & Equity and Inclusion, with both British American Tobacco Romania and Ursus Breweries. Being passionate about people and working dedicatedly to create programs for employees’ engagement and belonging, she contributed to embedding employer branding within the organization in the last three years, being an ambassador of cultural change and inclusion, both internally and externally.
Adriana has a bachelor’s degree in Management with Academy of Economic Studies in Bucharest and several certification as inclusive leader, with extended expertise in driving employees’ engagement and changing mindsets.
