Anca is a seasoned HR expert with an international background in transformational projects and challenging landscapes. With strong consulting and in-house expertise, her experience covers over 19 years of working for FTSE 100 organizations.
She is specialized in defining and delivering large scale HR transformation initiatives, with a portfolio including many industries and geographies and a variety of project scopes, going from local to global. Key themes throughout her career have been driving functional transformation and effectiveness, process optimization and automation, organizational design and change management.
She joined Ubisoft in July 2021, as head of HR for Romania and Serbia, where her mandate is to redesign the end-to-end HR strategy and people practices, including repositioning Ubisoft Romania as top employer on the local market.
