Anca joined Amazon recently, leading the team responsible for all regional employer branding & recruitment marketing efforts for attracting the workforce sitting at the heart of the Amazon shopping experience - Amazon Operations.

Prior to this, she set up the EB function for Oracle (with a focus on EMEA & APAC) and recently built the EB function globally for Revolut.

One fun fact about her professional life: Anca got a job with a company that she loved after writing them a letter listing all the reasons why her friends thought she should not join :)
