BIO.
Cristi is an unconventional consultant. While most consultants build deep expertise in a specific niche, Cristi has a surface-level understanding of a bit of everything, just not enough to drive relevant outcomes. He strategically chooses clients in industries that are already in decline, so any poor results can’t be pinned on him.
