Cosmin Dodoc is VP People & Organization eMAG Group since September 2023. In 2015, when he decided to join the People & Organization eMAG department, he was working in sales and pre-sales.

 

He has been part of the eMAG team for 9 years and has contributed to many large projects, such as the integration of Fashion Days and Extreme Digital or the opening of Freshful, but also 9 Black Fridays.

 

He managed the HR Business Partners team and All Business recruitment and HR Logistics before taking on the role of VP People & Organization. Cosmin is passionate about reading, theater and film, but especially working with people.
