Kirstin is working as Talent Manager and as part of her role she is handling recruitments across the EMEA region.
She has more than 12 years’ experience in talent acquisition and is specialized in recruiting tech/digital talent. At the LEGO Group, Kirstin is the Key Account Partner for Digital in EMEA and is driving bigger recruitment projects, trying to attract top talent to the company and helping to make the LEGO Group known as a top employer in the digital landscape.
Kirstin is living in Munich and besides playing, she really enjoys being out in the nature and can’t wait to meet many friends and travel again post Covid.

Small things that make a difference
It's awesome to work for a big brand such as the LEGO Group, as many people instantly know what the company is doing and can relate to that. However, a strong company brand does not automatically result in a strong employer brand.
In order to attract the right candidates to the LEGO Group and to provide them with an amazing candidate experience, a lot of small things can be taken into account. In this keynote, Kirstin will showcase how to make the candidate journey more personal and insightful in order to create a great experience.
