BIO.
Omer is leading the Employer Branding team for EMEA Emerging Markets at LinkedIn based in Dubai, UAE.
Prior to joining Linkedin, he ran his own online marketplace retail business based in Ireland and Turkey. Before that, Omer was the Head of Sales for an innovative Internet of Things startup founded by a group of ex-Googlers.
More from a media perspective, Omer worked in Google and Twitter. At Twitter’s European HQ, he ran Revenue Operations where he managed strategic partnerships with top brands and agencies in Turkey. His leadership ensured that Turkey rose to a top revenue contributor across the EMEA region. During his 8 year time at Google’s European HQ, Omer was responsible for agency and brands partnership development across different EMEA markets for Google’s advertising and marketing business.
