Ruxandra is a Senior Relationship Manager for Central and Eastern Europe at LinkedIn. She helps organisations in 11 CEE countries scale how they recruit, market and sell with LinkedIn’s digital productivity solutions.

Ruxandra’s background in Communications has helped her discover the power of data storytelling. She believes that telling stories with data can make professionals more successful and productive by enabling people to rally around a common vision.

Originally from Romania, she moved to Dublin in 2019, where she spends a lot of time admiring Ireland's ruby sunrises and sunsets, and practising her foreign language skills with her friends from 5 different countries.
