BIO.
Phill Lane has spent more than two decades helping organisations strengthen their culture, sharpen their communications and build talent strategies that drive performance. He has led global consulting and creative teams, advised C-suites through major transformation, and shaped the employee experience for some of the world’s most recognisable brands.
Previously Managing Director and Chief Strategy Officer at award-winning agencies, Phill is now Head of Culture and Communications at Who+Why where he applies his experience of complex markets to his work across culture and behaviour frameworks, EVP and employer brand, internal communications, leadership alignment, DE&I and employee experience.
His clients have included AXA, Edwards Lifesciences, McDonald’s, Accenture, Beam Suntory, and BMW Group - as well as high-growth and specialist organisations across Europe, the US and APAC.
